This does present an interesting paradox. Even though every brokerage will say that they don’t care about the size of the requirement, there is clearly an underlying pressure to convert the big ones.

So it’s important to think about this when you’re speaking with a serviced office broker. As a client, you want to speak with someone that will consider your requirement exciting, something they are really good at converting.

There’s no sense in looking for an 8-person office when the agent you choose really only wants to convert 20+ person requirements.
